hi,our house is 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom on the main floor and finished basement where me and my husband live. the house is a ranch style, 1 story. all the main floor is for rent, each room is furnished, bed, computer table, chair, closet, night stand, sheets, dresser. 4 rooms are with the share bathroom, $40/night, $250/week, ($600/month each) and 1 room with the own bathroom ($42/night, $250/weekly, $650/month) for 1 person, additional person in the same room +$10/night, $50/week or + $150/month.everyone gets the key for his room and for the entry door. no deposit. you can have your own tv in the room. common areas are also for use, kitchen, refrigerator, dishes, knives, toaster, coffee maker etc., living room, laundry room, back yard. parking on the street, there is a lot of space. king super and safeway, mc donald, chipotle, little panda, kcf etc. are just 0.5 mi far.we have no kids, no dog, just 3 cats. i rent the rooms to students, people on business trip, vacation, etc., males, females, couples ... long, short term, month to month . people with kids and/or animals are not accepted. we are quiet, drama free, no drugs of any kind, smoking outside only. i take cash only
