looking for fun, easy-going, animal person!hi, i am a 39 year old woman that is looking for a roommate to split the bills with. i am a fun person who is very easy to get along with. i am not into drama. i don’t go out much, because i am always working. i do like a clean house, but am far from a neat freak. when i do get time off, i usually hang out and watch tv because i am exhausted. *work 2 jobs*. i have 3 dogs and a cat. (two german shepards, one miniature american eskimo/border collie mix) they are very well trained. i do smoke and am a social drinker. once in awhile a good party is fun, but not all the time. the room will include all utilities in the rent except food and phone. washer and dryer is here and will share. two car garage for lots of storage. could even make room for your car if you want, but no garage door opener. directv premier package included as well as wireless internet, but tv and computer will have to be provided by you.
what i am looking for is someone that i can get along with. don’t care about male or female, straight or gay. whatever makes you happy is great by me. don’t mind you having people over, just be responsible for your guests. you will need to be willing to share in taking care of the house and yard work. biggest thing is to pay rent on time.
