i have a nice little room for rent in aurora, colorado in my apartment. next to i-225, all stores are within walking distance. gated community with great service. the room is small, yet very cozy! the apartment complex has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, workout room, good parking. my apartment has a patio, great living room with nice furniture, microwave, toaster oven (brand new), unique bathroom. the room has a new mattress bed, with a dresser, video shelf, stools, table and one lamp. if you need a tv, i can move the 27” one out of the living room into the room. nice quiet neighbors too. however, the complex demands 6 months or more since i lease my place from aurora green apartments. rent would be $400 per month and � of xcel and water and garbage (would be no more than total $500 during hard times for both rent and utilities!). must pass b-ground check; criminal and must have decent credit! the rental office demands that.

as for me, i am 47, work two retail jobs close by with mixed hours and days, am very busy with writing, language study and video gaming. i smoke, party on occasion, love to have conversations, interested in many things. since mom passed away last year in february, things were tough. a roommate is something i need, but more importantly, want at this time in my life. heather, my former roommate, would be glad to give you her personal reference. let’s talk! i think this might work out!!
