hello,
i have a room in a 2 bdrm apartment for rent. unfurnished, rent includes utilities/heat. there is a gym close by that gives a great discount. no wifi, there is a w/d. its highline village apartments off chambers/alameda. i'm a 37 yr old quiet albeit outgoing white male. i work m-f job days in healthcare. this person would also have their own bathroom across the hall. i have good neighbors(quiet). the move in date would be november 1st at soonest. please email with who you are in detail(what hours you keep, vistors, normal level of cleaning your used to, sound level that is typical, why your moving)i'd like the person to be a drug free non smoker. i would like to meet prior to making decision on roommate. no pets are allowed in the complex. note its still open if this is posted.
