hey. i have a three bed one bath house with a bedroom available.
room: about 11x11. the closet is a decent size.
i bought this 1,200 sq/ft house a year ago from an owner who was renting so i am doing little diy projects everywhere. house and rooms are quant. currently occupied by me, a friend, roommate, three danes and a bird. no pets since i have that covered. all furnishing are included in the kitchen, and living room.
storage is limited, but available. hopefully getting the garage more organized, and there is attic for storage.
asking $425 plus utilities. (probably be around $50-100 shared) may be negotiable.
my name is steve. i'm 30... if that matters. nathan is also 30. i am looking to for someone available in march.
