i am a 32 yr old single female looking for a roommate in my 3bd/2bth house in aurora, co near peoria and 30th. you will get your choice of bedroom as well as your own bathroom. there is a detached 2 car garage for parking as well as street parking. we will share the kitchen, laundry, and living room. i do have one small dog and a cat so should be an animal lover. i am open to welcoming other pets, but will need to meet them and have references first. you will be fully responsible to clean up after your own pets. the backyard is fully fenced (tall privacy fence), so perfect for pets to run around. my home is a non-smoking and non-drug home. if you smoke, you must go outside. i do drink on occasion so that is fine. also would prefer someone who will keep their areas of the house clean as well as help with the cleaning of the shared areas as well. i am not a clean freak, but do expect it to look reasonably nice. age or sex doesn't matter to me, as long as it seems like a good arrangement for both of us. must have reliable employment. $800 is all inclusive (rent, water, garbage, power, and internet). will be a min of 6 month lease. also required is a $500 deposit (half refundable, half not) at move in. give me a call so we can see if this arrangement fits both or our needs. 509-768-6468. call or text me. thank you for looking :)
