i am looking for a responsible person to rent a room in my home to help with the mortgage payment. preferably someone to split the mortgage, utilities and food. i am willing to decrease the rent for someone who is available to transport my son to school m-f at 9:25am and pick him up m-f at 3:10pm and watch him until i get home around 5:30pm.

i don't care if you have company, drink occassionally or enjoy entertaining at home (within reason).
