you would have free use of a large kitchen and living room common area (with a 60" flat screen), as well as a large backyard and large deck in a safe neighborhood. house is fully furnished (pictures are prior to moving in), but the room is unfurnished. rent is inclusive of water, sewer, garbage, energy and cable/internet. the only exception would be if you want your own cable box in your room (+$10/mo.). bedroom has large closet, cable hookup, and plenty of natural light, facing a large greenbelt. shared bathroom (picture shows no shower curtain, but there is a brand new shower curtain).

there is lots of storage space in the garage, a great walking trail, located on the interurban trail, locking mailboxes, and the house is secured by adt. 15 minutes to federal way, 10 minutes to auburn, 30 minutes to tacoma and near plu!

you would be living with 3 girls (24, 26, and 27 years old) and a medium size, hypoallergenic dog (he's super friendly and doesn't shed). we are all very clean, organized, and quiet. we enjoy spending time together, cooking/baking, but also do our own thing. we all work monday through friday.

basic rules are no shoes in the house, no smoking (420 or otherwise), no drugs, no additional pets, and no parties. women renters preferred and no couples. prior to move in, first, last and a $400 security deposit is due.
