the room has a base rent of $300. this does not include the utilities, water/sewage, internet, nor pet fees, if you are bringing a pet. altogether, these additional costs of living will bring the monthly rent to about $400. the only room that is not currently furnished is the available bedroom.the person leasing the room will share a bathroom with one other girl. the bedroom is not directly connected to the bathroom. we have a washer, dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, full fridge, and a garbage disposal.
the three of us currently living in the house are graduate students. we have two inside dogs, one is 6 (20 lbs) and the other is almost 2 (60 lbs). we have a large fenced in backyard. we are about a mile from auburn university. at the end of our block is the auburn public library.
