hello ladies,
i am currently looking for a roommate to share my house with me in aubrey, tx (between frisco and denton). $950/month plus half utilities, includes free access to the pool (pictured), local parks and gym at anytime fitness. very quiet neighborhood, huge backyard, gorgeous luxury granite kitchen with gas stove, laundry room, 3 bedroom house, 1935 square feet. right along 380 so quick access to dallas tollway to frisco (15 mins) and denton (10 mins). you will have your own bedroom and bathroom to yourself (bdrm ~11" x ~10'). open to pets, i have one cat but we have to make sure they will get along. my cat is extremely nice, social, friendly, and is a lap cat. $250 non-refundable deposit for pets. plenty of storage in attic. $300 refundable deposit before move in required. must have two months rent in account and proof of current employment. looking for someone neat and quiet.
