lets share this gorgeous 2006 built waterfront home!! it is a 4 stories house, 1st fl being garage/my home office, a door that lead you to our private boardwalk, 2nd floor is an open set up for kitchen, dining room and 55 inch tv in our living room area.
my new roomate will have access to all the common area in the house, a limited access to
my office. there's a boat slip that i haven't use since we moved here; if you have boats or jet ski and would like to use it; feel free to ask..
**cost of living?? the monthly payment would be $800 that would include all utilities, access to wifi, direct tv, and a furnished comfy bedroom. along with parking and pool passes. req min 6 months lease and 1 month rent plus security deposit to move in. it'll be available on october 15th. i need proof of income and will
