i am a student living in candler park, the neighborhood next to little five points. i attend gsu, which is located 2 miles away. there is a marta station within walking distance, about 5 minutes. there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc within walking distance. i have lived here for a year and am absolutely in love with my apartment and neighborhood. there's a combo of families and younger people in the neighborhood. i feel very safe here and have never had security issues. maintenance and management are easily accessible and quick to respond. the apartment is a top (second) floor unit with two private entrances at the front and back. there is a patio overlooking a small dog park (great for meeting neighbors) and both the garbage and laundry facilities are within a minute's walk. the whole apartment has hardwood floors, plenty of storage apart from the walk-in closets located in both bedrooms. smoking does not bother me at all. i have a male cat who is extremely affectionate and friendly. he will demand pets of you. i am willing to discuss an additional cat if you already have one, but will not be getting another one myself. cannot allow any dogs, the cat will have a fit. my neighbors are super friendly and quick to be of help. if you need assistance moving in, i'm willing and able! this place is one of the last steals in the area, as the managing company is unincorporated (braden fellman group ltd.). come check it out!
