furnished bedroom with attached full bath.the apartment is a four bedroom, shared living room and kitchen. it is located on the top floor of the last building, as such it is always very quiet with almost no traffic in the hall.
rent includes all utilities (water, sewer, electric) as well as high speed internet (40/30 mbps upstream/downstream at rooms ethernet port) and comcast xfinity hd starter (wall mounted cable receiver in room).

the apartment depicted is a show model but it is still accurate with only minor differences. only difference in the room is the bed and decorations (all other furniture is as shown). in the apartment common area the hallway wall depicted as red is white in the real apartment. the couch, tv, and kitchen appliances are the models shown. note that the actual room for rent is c, which is directly across from (but identical to) the room b shown in the tour.
parking and transportation: parking garage with gated access, there is also complimentary shuttle service to and from georgia tech, georgia state, walmart (weekdays) and north avenue station.
