hello,i have a room for rent that is furnished. you will be sharing a home that is nearly 3000 sq ft. i have the following amenities:
washer/dryer
internet
eat in kitchen
separate dining area
granite counter tops
the home is located 7 miles south of the capitol building and 1 mile from porsche north american headquarters in hapeville.
i am about 9 miles from the atlanta university center, ga tech and georgia state university. i am about 5 miles north of clayton state university.
for all of you that love chick fil-a there is one less than 2 miles from my home and it is open 24 hrs. it is only closed from 10 pm saturday and re-opens 630 am monday. of course they are closed on holidays and sundays.
kroger and walmart are less than 4 miles from the house.
georgia state outdoor farmers market and lake city farmer's market are within 5 miles from the house.
the airport domestic terminal 10 mins away.
the airport international terminal is 5 mins away.
no pets or tobacco smoke allowed inside the home.
