the $650/month is a flat rate that includes amenities such as electric, water & sewage.
the bathroom is very spacious with double sinks, so you'd have your own area and shelf space within the bathroom.
you'd receive a keycard and house key for apartment access. i used street parking but there is gated parking as well.
