i am looking for a roommate to take over my roommates lease. i'm moving into the place august 1st. i originally applied with someone who changed her mind about moving. so now i'm in need of a roommate asap! im moving into a newly built complex called bolton park. it is located in buckhead/west midtown area. it is newly built. it has wood floors, granite top counters, spacious rooms, washer and dryer. has a pool, game room, and fitness center. it is a gated community. this is perfect for college students. the move in fee is $1012! after that it is $570+utilities! need a reliable roommate! serious inquires only!
