room:spacious bedroom- furnished with bed, 32" flat screen tv, apple tv, bathroom has shower curtain (you can change if you like),linen closet, and large tub. (basically all you need is your own sheets, towels and toiletry)
rent price per month: $675 (the total rent is $1350 so we will be splitting the rent 50/50)
utilities included: water, cable& internet (comcast-which i hate but anyways...), and electricity- in total this normally isn't more than $150 could be more or less depending on usage, but all the utilities will also be split 50/50.
laundry: washer and dryer in unit

this apartment was shared between me and my sister who is now in med school. i was living here alone while she was gone now i'm looking to get a roommate to move in until she moves back in december. this arrangement could end in september or can be extended if we get along.
about me :)
i'm a very easygoing person, and i stay in my room most of the time. i respect common areas and make sure that it is always clean. i am very anal about paying bills on time because i am not interested in giving these companies anymore of my money than they already take to increase their profits. i'm in nursing school, and i work full time in the hospital so i'm a pretty busy person.
what i would like in a roommate
male or female welcomed-however if your dirty and irresponsible i will ask you to leave. i would like someone that is clean, and pays his or her bills on time. i am not interested in couples living with me as roommates, however if you have a significant other they can come over they just need to have a place other than our home to call their home. noise level-i am in school so just be courteous.
