i have 1 room to rent in my home in east atlanta near i-20 and gresham road. it’s a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. also marta accessible. 10-15 minute drive to downtown, little 5 points, decatur and edgewood retail district. the room is currently unfurnished. utilities are included. rent is $550 per month. i am a forty something male who works from home and have a small dog. my new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. there is storage in the basement. i’m looking for someone who is easygoing, low maintenance, who has a job (will need to provide paycheck stubs). i am asking for a six month lease with $250 deposit. if this sounds like a fit for you, contact me.
