insurance and utilities are included in the rent price. gated community.the apartment is nice. we have a kitchen, living room, dining room, small laundry room, two bathrooms and a small balcony. it is a gated community.
your bedroom is a good size and has a walk-in closet, ceiling fan and an en-suite (i.e. private) bathroom.
the apartment has access to: pools. tennis courts. fitness center. walking trails. sand volleyball court. lake stocked with fish. we are near a publix and a kroger. if you need starbucks, there are two near-by; one in each direction. we have a care team that organizes 4-5 events for the residents a month (we have had free showings at studio movie grill and a monday night football tailgate. almost every month they include a yoga class and a free breakfast in these events.)
we are located in roswell, 1.3 miles from 400.
hobbies among us include: reading, writing, cooking, computer games, dnd, calligraphy, astronomy, exercise, improv (part of a house cast and in weekly shows), swing dancing and running a eurogames board gaming club (this does not meet at the apartment).
we are in software.
what we are looking for in a room-mate is: the rent paid in full and on time. (amount listed includes utilities and insurance.) we would like to get along with the room-mate enough to have some quick conversations and know generically what is going on in their lives. i typically cook a room-mate dinner once a month. no smokers. no heavy drinkers. no parties. no pets. no one-night stands. looking for long-term renter.
