i'm 24, single professional. army national guard. i just got home and i'm moving into this house by the end of the month. i don't really *need* a roommate, but it would make things easier. i'll be working 60-70+ hours a week, so when i'm home i'm not typically loud. prefer to use the time to relax/recover. i don't smoke, social drink. the house is small, but cute and quiet. large yard set about 100yards off the road.

looking for someone in my age bracket, responsible - clean. i don't mind pets if they get along with the existing dog, and children are fine as long as they are well behaved. rent, security, etc are all negotiable. lease will be required. my email is sync'd to my phone - so i'll be able to respond to any questions fairly quickly.
