- the house is completely wi-fi friendly comes out to $10.00 per month (and it's super fast).
the room is large (roughly 15 feet long by 15 feet wide) and comes unfurnished. it is equipped with adjustable lights over head which you can set to your liking.
the rest of the house:
the living room is spacious and fully furnished with two beautiful couches and coffee table, very cozy. an awesome bathroom and a solid kitchen with all your cooking necessities (we both love to cook so this was key for us). we don't have a tv as both of us are rarely ever home and pretty much use the living room to socialize and read anyway. we also have access (with approval from the landlord, who is mad cool btw ;-) to the back yard which has an awesome set up with chairs and a grill.
location location location:
-it's a 12 minute walk to the nw trains, laundry mats are on every block (the closest one right on the corner 30 ft from the house). we're near everything from the grocery stores to gyms to fun night life
(but also far enough away from the loud busyness of the main streets ;-)
car friendly:
this is also an ideal spot if you have a car and like the option of both driving or taking a train/cab as finding parking in this area is wayyyyy more convenient (we're right next to the bqe and grand central ;-)
about us:
we are two very clean and tidy, professional trendy males in our mid to late twenties who don't have time for drama or petty hysterics. we are clean but not anal, and respectful of each others space and schedules. on the personal side we are social butterflies who enjoy the company of high energy positive people.
