move-in very soon!!! jan. 1needed - mature, calm, easy going, friendly, working adult/young adult to move into my very spacious 3 br apartment. the room available easily fits a queen size bed, dresser, night stand, tv, and whatever else you may have. in terms of size, i would say it is roughly 15x12 or larger. plenty of storage in your room as well as out in the hallway closet if you need.
huge separate kitchen and living room as well as really high ceilings which help give the place a very open feel. we also have rooftop access!
laundry is 15 seconds from the apartment, supermarket/grocery is half a block away, but there are several others in the area. there are also plenty of bars, lounges and restaurants around. astoria park is not far either, and that is a great place to go hang out and relax in.
there is a bus stop across the street and 1 block away that will take you to the r/m subway or n/q subway. or you can walk to the subway, either subway stop is about at 10 or 15 minute walk.
