hello all,
if interested in a community setting house with a great layout and respectful roommates, this is a great place to live. located just past morton on ashland st it is a four bedroom, three level house with a nice environment and location to live in. rent $550. it comes equipped with washer and dryer, two car garage, large back yard and front yard, three other roommates are currently living in the house and each occupy their own spacious bedroom. i live in the fourth bedroom which is spacious, has a nice view out its window and a decent sized closet. z is living with her very respectful daughter. our other roommate is tom who is very chill and helps out around the house quite a bit with cleaning. there are two dogs, one cat and are well behaved. they just love to greet people at the door. z is very busy, gone for the occasional weekend with her roller derby comrades and holds a full time job. tom is around the house most often. no more pets, even though we all love them. tid water still working for this summer. the garage isn't used a whole lot and can be converted into whatever comes to mind. two and a half bathroom. electric stove top and the kitchen is very spacious. overall the house has a lot of room still to be filled. the roommates are looking for someone who can be upfront, can add good vibes to the house and preferably a long term roommate. it is a wonderful house and it has been a pleasure to live here. located at 645 ashland street just above campus. deposit 550$
