the room has hardwood floors, but a rug must be laid down. i have a rug for you, if you do not already have one. the room does have a private entrance. the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all furnished and will be shared. i do have one cat, but no other pets will be considered.
i am laid back and somewhat clean (not a neat freak, but i like tidiness.) if any males respond to this i would like to make it known that this is not an arrangement of an type so do not expect anything from me.
