this apartment community has plenty of parking, lots of green grass, laundry services, a 24 hour fitness center, a bus line to unca, and a 24 hour maintenance team.
the apartment has high speed wireless internet, central air, hardwood flooring, hot water, is minutes from downtown, and is surrounded by amazing food places and a movie theater.
i'm looking for another college-aged dude who will be capable of paying rent, but will also be an awesome kid that i could kick back and play video games with while smoking hookah.
