hi my name is alexis. i moved here to denver from nashville last year and have enjoyed it here this past year. i have a job opportunity in nashville and am relocating back home. i am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible to take over the lease and occupy the house with the current roommate. the current roommate is a student in business and very active in one of the top roller derby leagues out here in denver. i also skate with the league but will be taking time off for the move back home. we are both really laid back, like to stay busy and active. we both like to refurbish furniture and other creative projects. the house has a huge backyard and plenty of room for entertaining guests. i'm in search of a mature, responsible female who wants a clean, quiet, spacious place to live in one of the most beautiful towns in the country. you can see the view of the mountains surrounding and the location is right down the street from old town arvada, where there are great bars and restaurants. there are multiple parks nearby with walking trails, and the lightrail is soon to be finished with a route to the area. the house is located right off i-76, with close access to i-70 & i-25. downtown denver is just a 15 minute drive away, and red rocks is just around 25 minutes.
