i have a furnished den/sleeping area for rent in my apartment for $425 a month, with all utilities paid. it is not a "bedroom" it is an area off of our living room, (we rarely use the living, so that would be mostly yours to use as well), the den is separated by a privacy curtain. it would be perfect for a student or someone who is just looking for a place to lay their head at night after a days/nights work. we live in a clean, safe and quiet environment. shared bathroom. you will have full access to kitchen and living room area, you must provide your own food.washer & dryer in home , security cameras throughout home (but not in your den/sleeping area or in the bathrooms...duh!) and wi-fi access. there is a fitness center and swimming pools on site as well. you must be clean both with your space in the home and with your personal hygiene! you must be okay with dogs & cats being in the home. you must have legitimate job verification. no kids, no smoking, no parties or loud behavior, no pets. rent is due on the 1st of every month, no excuses, no exceptions! we are a clean, quiet, private and non judgemental household, we all work and/or go to school full time and mind our own business and live our own lives. apartment is located within walking distance from the parks mall, target and other shopping/restaurants. approximately 10 minute drive to uta college. free parking is available on site.
