house is walking distance from uta, you can actually see main campus building from property.bedroom is basic furnished with bed , dresser, night stand, lamp, and one bedding. it also has an small closet for your belongings. i do have an internet connection of 100mbps but no cable.
room will share a bathroom on the hallway and it has a huge backyard with a shed. house pretty much will be share with you and housemates.
full access to shared kitchen which is equipped with refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen table and chairs, dishes, washer and dryer, and living room furniture.
rent is $450 a month with $200 deposit, can be split in two payments, which includes utilities.
renter will be expected to pay rent on time, first of every month, proof of income required. must be clean, honest, respectful and considerate of housemates. no smoking in house, no kids, pets,couples or drug users. lease will be for 3 months initially, then can be month to month after that.
