the apartment is perfect for uta students because it is walking/biking distance to uta. rent includes all bills except electric. total rent is $750 (split between 2 people) and plus whatever electric bill will be every month me and my current roommate try to reasonably conserve energy, so our bill never went above $100/month. i don't smoke, don't drink, and don't party. i am working on my dissertation and i am very busy with that. i am looking for someone who"
