as a professional who works from home i have a 3 room suite to rent. the space has a private entrance to the rental area in a 4 bedroom house in an established, quiet neighborhood near fielder and randol mill. the home is the same distance from fort worth and dallas downtowns and about a mile from i30.
a bedroom (11'x13'), living area (12'x13'), and bath (11.5'x5') is a total of 458 feet (see drawing of floor plan). space includes refrigerator, microwave and preparation counter, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, two sinks, 32" wide deep soaker tub/rain shower head, and lots of storage. the living room has a private entrance opening to large back yard and access to a private patio.
space has fresh paint, new carpet, and renovated bath. shaded driveway parking is provided. cable, wi-fi and utilities is included in the monthly rental rate of $800.
access to the home's kitchen and laundry can be arranged occasionally, but not on a daily basis. for an additional fee of $125 per month garage parking and laundry access is provided.
no pets or children. unfurnished. the space is designed for one person (a married couple may be considered, note rent to be adjusted for utilities and additional parking needs).
$700 rental deposit required.
