3 bedroom/ 2 bath has a bedroom and bathroom for rent. i am a professional working women looking to share my home with the same. the bedroom and bathroom will be private but you will have the run of the house. you will need to provide your own food and cook your own meals. i would like someone within the same age group. i do entertain on occasion but cannot have loud parties into the night. i will be respectful of your needs and i expect the same. the yard area is maintained by me but can be enjoyed by the roommate. i enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings so alcohol is allowed in the house. electrical is included as long as temperatures are not on the extreme. just looking for a reasonable person that can give and take, enjoys life and no drama.
