i am looking for another roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the "hilltop" area of ansonia and on the woodbridge townline. looking for a professional adult preferably in their 40s. currently have 2 other divorced 40+ males living here...one in the basement and another in an upstairs bedroom. smoking ok (outside only), no drugs and there is no drinking in the house. house is located in a quiet neighborhood... definitely not a party house! looking for someone with 1 vehicle and no visitors are allowed.move-in ready anytime! all serious applicants are required to fill out a simple rental application with job info and rental history/references, etc.
2nd bedroom is same size as master bedroom. room can come furnished if you prefer as there is a queen bed, tv and full dresser set in there. or if you have your own stuff i can have the bedroom empty when you move-in. i do have enough silverware/dishes/glasses and cookware for use.
there are 4 pets incl. a friendly poodle and 3 harmless indoor only cats. i work at home so i am home during the day most of the time. we are clean, quiet and friendly. looking for someone responsible, clean and respectful of others! we love to laugh and joke and have a good time but also our alone time to watch a game or do some work.
rent is $600.00. no security deposit! rent includes utilities, directv and frontier wireless internet.
