we are a couple looking to share a wonderful dream house with roommates. it is a very large multi level house that is extremely handicap accessible with an elevator. it is a 3 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and laundry room. it has a deck, terrace, patio, it is waterfront, and has a private dock. everything has been newly furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and is absolutely gorgeous with hardwood floors and new carpets in bedrooms and washer and dryer. every room has a waterfront view. very large open backyard. this house is absolutely stunning, and the views are even better, so please email, even if it is just to see pictures (which i have plenty of!). the layout of the house is very unique and how we share it and what rent price is completely negotiable based on how we split the space. (anywhere from $800 - $2000) before we talk about possible ways to split it, and the details of the house, let's talk basics. snow removal and outside maintenance will included and taken care by us. all utilities - heat, a/c, electricity, water, wireless high speed internet (t1 or lan a possibility), and cable (with all channels including hbo, cinemax, starz, and encore) are included in rent price. i work from home, am home a lot, and if you want work out that i wash, dry, fold and iron all of your laundry, that can be worked into rent price too.
