we are all au students and our lease is up at the end of july. i have to move home to alaska so i need to find a replacement or i have to pay rent every month. the apt is in a nice location and we have nice neighbors. both of my roommates are nice girls that do social drink but do not smoke or do any drugs. there is one kitten in the apt but it will not be here after christmas. animals are allowed but there is a pet fee of $300. the only fee you would need to pay is just to get approved for the apt and i believe it is only $25 or $50. you would have your own bedroom but have to share a bathroom with one of the girls. if you would like any more information feel free to text/ call me at 706 409 2733 or email me at [email protected]. thank you!
