i am a single lady, i have 2 pets, a cat outdoors and a small dog inside. i am a light smoker, and i do appreciate a clean house. i live in a mobile home on a private lot. it's 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the extra bathroom works, it just needs cosmedic repairs, which is in the working. i am a fun last ving individual that enjoys the simple things in life. i have 2 extra rooms, one is smaller then the other.the both have beds, tv's and chests to put clothes in. i do ask that renter cleans up after themselves. as far as the rent, that includes electricity, water and food.
