renting a room downstairs, occupant would be sharing a bathroom with three other guys. the three of us are either graduating or graduated from cal state fullerton. essentially looking for someone who has a laid back lifestyle, currently working and financially stable, basically someone who can match our personalities.

the house is located in anaheim hills, across the street from slaters 50/50 (popular restaurant/bar... you should check this place out!!). its a 7 bedroom house with three bathrooms. the upstairs is currently occupied with older tenants (above 50yrs old.). again, we're looking for someone with a younger dynamic who can match our personalities downstairs.

ideally we are looking for someone to move in by october 1st, the room is currently vacant and ready to be moved into. if you are interested but cannot move in immediately, please contact me to see if we can work something out.

as far as how rent and utilities work. $450 covers rent. utilities (water, electricity, garbage, gas, internet, and perhaps cable) are divided amongst all the tenants evenly. basically you should be looking at $450 for rent and about $75 to cover utilities.

sorry no pets, drugs, or drama will be tolerated.
