great, quiet upper room for rent with balcony for rent. there is a separate entrance and it is fully furnished. it is one block away from the strip mall across the street from ub south and the bus stops so a car is not necessary. there is a two car garage if you do have a car.this is available for male students or working professionals. the lease is from june 1st 2017 to june 1st 2018.
this large room is spacious and comes with a queen size bed, dresser, closet, lamps, large desk, minifridge, and microwave. the balcony overlooks a quiet street and is nice to relax there. there are two washers and two dryers for laundry.
the kitchen contains a microwave and regular sized refrigerator in the kitchen that is fully equipped with four stovetops and oven. you are able to cook anything. the bathroom and kitchen is shared by two very quiet roommates who are working professionals and are gone most of the day.
the rent is $410, not including utilities, which are split among three people.
