the home was built in 1850 which sits upon many quiet acres. i have a 20' x 18' bedroom available for rent. you will have access to almost everything in the home including laundry on the main floor and a 100" theater room on the second floor. all utilities, 400 mbps interent, laundry and access to netflix are included in the rent.
i'm looking for someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves and does not party at their home.
