i am a 33 year old full-time working female. i’m looking for a female roommate to share my apartment with. this roommate would need to pay 1/2 of the rent ($550) due on the 1st of every month, utilities included. there is 2 washers & dryers in the building, they require $1.25 in quarters per wash and dry. this apartment comes with some furniture that i already have, dishwasher, oven/stove, etc. i have a cat, so you must like cats. no children allowed please! you would have your own room/keys/privacy. i would like someone with a full-time reliable job that can pay the bills on time & will be respectful to me & the apartment. smoking on balcony only. i need someone to move in with $550 in hand by nov. 1st, 2017. i currently have a roommate from hell living with me now and i can't evict her until oct. 31st so that's why i cant have new roommate until nov. 1st.
