building is located conveniently right off the green line b train stop, griggs street/long avenue. two minute walk to harvard ave and fifteen minute walk to coolidge corner.
rent is $816.66/month. would be living with two girls, early twenties. looking for another roommate also female.
room comes furnished with a bed frame/mattress ($175 for both, if interested). rest of apartment already furnished by other residents. the building's management company don't accept full time students. you gotta have a full time job and be able to show proof of your income.
we are looking for someone that is nice, respectful, quite, extremely clean, organized and not 420 friendly.
