26 female, looking to split rent with someone, 2br apartment, preferably another female, kids ok, as long as it isn't a bunch, its not the biggest place in the world. no pets! apartment rules, not mine. its literally 2 minutes from pellissippi, 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from west knoxville. age, sexuality doesn't matter if you can pay your bills. my previous roommate got her own place. she had the bigger room. the rent is 207.50 each, water included, only have to pay electricity and cable/internet, but they're already set up. deposit paid. i would only ask for a prorated rent payment up front. the only furniture is in my room and a small tv. you can bring whatever you want, more than likely, i'll be buying some replacement furniture soon. it's not the fanciest place ever, but its clean and i've never had a problem with the owners fixing stuff that's messed up. you don't have to sign anything at first, if you'd rather not. can be trial basis or whatever.about me, i like to keep to myself mostly. friendly, but after work i'm pretty tired and don't really care to "hang out" all that much. no drugs of any kind, would prefer it you didn't drink, but i'm not going to stop you, as long as i don't have to play dd or clean up throw up.
