three bedroom two bathroom house!
my fiance and i share the master bedroom. we have one bedroom free for rent (500$) with a separate bathroom. we currently are both full time students at unm. we have two very friendly but large dogs, so you have to like dogs since they are continuously around us. please do not contact if you have cats or dogs ..since my dog can't stand cats :( and another dog might be too much for this house
however, we keep our house and the dogs very clean and we expect you to be clean as well. cleaning will also be required in the shared rooms, such as the living room. we welcome you to have visitors and we do host parties once in a while, but this can't be a crazy party house. no drugs!
the house is located in a very safe and nice neighborhood, close to i-40. its about a 15 min drive to the unm campus (ca. 9miles), we don't mind ride sharing.
