we are a house of two 21 year old nerdy girls. we are looking for a female who is reliable and has a job. we are laid back people and are looking for someone also laid back with no drama. we like to just have fun and laugh. we both have full time jobs and have no trouble with paying our bills and have lived in the house for a year now. our rent is $300 a month and then we split utilities 3 ways which usually averages out to somewhere between $60-$100 a month depending on the season. we are asking only for the first month of rent as a deposit.
