the room is not fully furnished it has a new queen size bed only. just brings your small fridge and your clothes. no dogs or cats allow. other pets like birds or fish, lizards ok. smoking outside not indoors you can use the kitchen to make your meals and microwave but if you break it you pay for it but cant use the stuff that belong to use like the spices and other food items in the kitchen.. room good for a female only no males.we are a married couple with 2 kids so if you dont like kids this room is not for you.
