i have two rooms for rent in my basement, i will not convert it into an apartment for any family's just two working people or students looking for a place to stay. the rooms will be $800 each plus a security deposit of $800 the rooms has just been totally redone and looks amazing. the bathroom will be a share bathroom and kitchen we will talk about when you see the room. if your not looking for just a room this isn't the place for you. i am very lineant to certain things the easiest way for me to be is to just explain to me what i can do to help you out. house is in a suburban area very nice and peaceful. you will like what you see as soon as you see the rooms. no smoking and must show proof of income and before you move in we will sign a month to month lease.
